About the role
Thomson LRC in Glasgow offers an excellent opportunity for a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to join the in-house team on a hybrid basis. You will be Associate Corporate Counsel in the EMEA Legal function, supporting UK, Ireland and Nordics with cross-regional guidance and pragmatic legal advice on commercial matters.
Your core focus includes commercial contracts, tenders (including NHS), and strategic supply-chain arrangements across the EMEA region, with involvement in data privacy and competition
