Lead Solicitor / Head of - Subrogated Recoveries Credit Hire

I'm working on behalf of a growing legal business looking to appoint a Lead Solicitor to build and lead its subrogated recoveries function. Preference is for this person to be a qualified solicitor although CILEX also considered - a following would be advantageous; my client are seeking someone who can demonstrate history of winning their own work too.
