SMART Repair Technician – Tring Salary: £36,000 – £44,000 Basic Location: Tring Hours: Full Time The Role We are looking for an experienced SMART Repair Technician to join a busy and successful automotive operation in Tring. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled vehicle cosmetic repair professional to work within a modern workshop environment, carrying out high-quality repairs to retail and used vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing cosmetic vehicle repairs to a high standard while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities * Carrying out SMART repairs on a wide range of vehicles * Repairing scratches, scuffs, dents and minor body damage * Completing alloy wheel refurbishments * Performing paint preparation, colour matching and refinishing * Carrying out bumper and panel repairs * Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer and company standards * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment * Working efficiently to meet productivity targets About You * Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician, Paint Technician or Cosmetic Repair Technician * Strong paint and refinishing skills * Experience with colour matching and blending techniques * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Full UK driving licence Package * £36,000 – £44,000 Basic Salary * Overtime opportunities available * Company benefits package * Ongoing training and development * Modern workshop facilities * Career progression opportunities
