Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a key player in the water industry, is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Yorkshire on a permanent basis. This role is crucial for the commercial management and cost control of Yorkshire Water AMP8 projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage project valuations. Monitor costs, forecasts and commercial risks. Manage subcontractor accounts and payments. Support contract administration and change control. Produce financial reports and commercial analysis.
