As a Mental Health Assistant, you will: Provide individual and small-group emotional support to students. Help young people develop confidence, resilience, and healthy coping strategies. Support students with emotional and behavioural challenges throughout the school day. Encourage positive communication, social skills, and engagement in school life. Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support students' wellbeing.
