Pinsent Masons is seeking a Finance Lawyer (3-6 years PQE) to join our highly regarded team in Manchester, Birmingham or Edinburgh.This is an opportunity to advise on a broad range of finance transactions, with a particular focus on asset-based lending and receivables financing. Working alongside recognised leaders in the field, you will support a diverse client base ranging from major UK clearing banks and alternative lenders to listed corporates and high-growth businesses.You’ll be part of a nationally recognised and fast-growing team, advising on innovative financing structures across multiple sectors and jurisdictions. With exposure to high-profile transactions and direct client contact from an early stage, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your technical expertise, develop strong market relationships and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of our Finance practice.The OpportunityYou will play a key role in delivering complex and high-value financing transactions for a broad range of lenders, investors and borrowers.
