We're looking for Field Interviewers across Wales to help us understand what people think about the services, transport and communities they rely on every day. Whether you're in Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Wrexham, Bangor, the Valleys, Mid Wales, or anywhere in between, you'll be speaking to people in your local area and gathering valuable insights that help shape important decisions across Wales.

Working options

  • Regular weekly shifts (door‑to‑door or transport projects)
  • Regular transport shifts are typically 3‑3.5 hours
  • Pay‑per‑complete work: get paid for each successful interview you complete
  • Typically 2‑3 days per week for door‑to‑door work (6‑hour shifts)
  • Work more flexibly, choosing when to go out
  • Ideal if you prefer a more independent way of working

Pay details

  • £12.75 per hour during the initial training period
  • £51‑£61 per shift for transport work (project dependent)
  • Pay‑per‑complete work for door‑to‑door interviews

Responsibilities

  • Speaking to members of the public and asking survey questions
  • Working in communities or on public transport
  • Recording responses on a tablet (provided)
  • Representing Ipsos in a friendly and professional way

Requirements

  • A full UK driving licence
  • Access to a car
  • Willingness to travel locally
