THE CLIENT

THE ROLE

This is an opportunity for a Shipping Litigation Solicitor 3-5 PQE to join a successful and highly regarded City based team

The work will include advising on and handling wet and dry shipping disputes, international trade and marine matters

You will be handling contentious work including High Court Litigation/Arbitration for a broad ranging client base including including P&I clubs, shipping lines and major ports and terminals.

The work will include handling major recovery actions, vessel arrests, charter party, bill of lading, grounding and salvage disputes

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role you will have 3PQE+ shipping litigation experience gained working as a member of a recognised shipping xwzovoh department

You will have excellent technical and organisational skills

You will have the enthusiasm and drive to develop a long term career in Shipping Litigation
