This Manchester law firm has an impressive real estate finance team that goes from strength to strength.
Your new role
As part of the team's planned growth, it is looking to hire a property finance lawyer to handle a broad range of real estate finance matters. You will advise lenders, borrowers, developers and investors on a wide range of transactions. You can look forward to acting for a well developed client base and to working closely with these clients. There is real scope to get involved in practice development initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a real estate finance lawyer with 2+ years' PQE. You will have good client care skills and the ability to provide pragmatic and commercial solutions for clients.
