Senior Building Surveyor

Senior Building Surveyor role in London paying a £45,000 base salary with quarterly performance bonus, 40% bonus potential on qualifying fee income above cost and OTE up to £125,000. This is a Permanent, Full-time position combining independent project delivery with technical and professional building surveying work.

Responsibilities

• Lead refurbishment and improvement projects through procurement, contract administration and completion
• Manage technical due diligence and dilapidations commissions
• Own project WIP, invoicing, fee recovery and financial performance
• Coordinate consultants and contractors while controlling programme, quality and deliverables
• Manage direct client communication and identify further instruction opportunities

Requirements

• MRICS chartered status in building surveying
• Established post-qualification commercial building surveying consultancy experience
• Independent refurbishment, contract administration and project delivery experience
• Technical due diligence, dilapidations or comparable professional surveying experience
• Experience managing fees, WIP, invoicing and client communication

Salary & Package

• 40% bonus potential on qualifying xwzovoh fee income above cost
• Base salary £45,000 - OTE up to £125,000
