Project Manager | Commercial Fit Out | City of London | A leading main contractor is seeking a permanent Project Manager to join its fit out division on a major commercial office project in the City of London, close to Liverpool Street. The project is secured and commences in early November, running through to completion in 2028, offering long term stability on a single high profile scheme with a project value in the region of £80 million. The role Reporting into the Operations Director, you will take responsibility for the delivery of the fit out works on site, managing programme, quality, cost and health and safety from mobilisation through to handover. You will lead the site team, coordinate the supply chain and act as a key point of contact for the client and consultant team throughout. What we are looking for A proven track record delivering commercial fit out projects with tier 1 main contractors. Experience managing projects of comparable value and complexity in a live City environment Suitable qualifications for the role, including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, with a relevant construction degree or equivalent Strong programme management, commercial awareness and client facing communication skillsWhat is on offer Permanent position with a well established main contractor Salary of £80,000 to £100,000 depending on experience Car allowance Secured project through to 2028 with a clear pipeline of work beyond
