Lettings Negotiator - Bishops Park

Location: Bishops Park, LondonSalary: £31,000 Basic (Inclusive of Car Allowance) + Uncapped Commission + Discretionary BonusCommission Structure:

• 8% on billings up to £75,000
• 12% on billings between £75,000-£100,000
• 15% on billings between £100,000-£125,000
• 17% on billings above £125,000
• OTE up to £60k first year

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pmWeekend Working: Saturdays on a rota (approximately every other Saturday)
