An leading Legal Firm based in Belfast City Centre require a Legal Bookkeeper to join their team initially on a contract basis for 6+ months, are you experienced across key areas of finance and searching for a role where you can start ASAP? The Ideal Person Previous experience in a legal bookkeeping role. Ability to work on initiative. Excellent numerical skills and strong attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills Responsibilities Daily banking and processing of receipts and payments. Posting transactions and maintaining accurate client and office ledgers. Accounts Payable, processing invoices from suppliers. Completing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies. Reconciling supplier accounts. Monthly creditor payment run - paying suppliers in accordance with payment terms. Input of client disbursement charges including cheque preparation. Assist with billing during key periods such as month-end. Finance administration.
