Our client is a well-established organisation within the logistics and freight forwarding industry, providing export and transportation solutions to customers across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Trainee Export Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team in Aberdeen.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in export, logistics or freight forwarding. Full training will be provided, including customs documentation and export administration, with future opportunities to develop into air and ocean freight operations.

Previous experience is not essential, as full training will be provide

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Trainee Export Administrator (Multimodal) - Responsibilities
Support the Export team with daily administrative duties
Learn and assist with export documentation and customs paperwork
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Liaise with couriers, transport providers and logistics partners.
Update proof of delivery (POD) information and shipment records.
Arrange collections and deliveries.
Coordinate courier bookings.
Develop knowledge of export processes and customs compliance.
