Job Description-Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and sustainable growth,-Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes,-Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements,-Manage cash flow, foreign exchange exposure, and working capital optimization,-Deliver insightful business analysis and performance monitoring,-Support pricing, investment, and expansion decisions through financial modelling,-Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures,-Lead audit processes and coordinate with external advisors,-Supervise and develop finance teams across both countries,-Contribute actively to the regional management team.The Successful Applicant-University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar field,-Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is a plus,-Minimum 5 to10 years' experience in a Finance Manager or equivalent role,-Strong exposure to multinational environments and multiple African markets,-Experience within distribution, FMCG, retail, or trading sectors,-Strong understanding of business partnering and performance management,-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,-Fluent English required.What's on Offer Attractive package with various benefits.
