BMS Service Engineer Location: Chelsea / Sutton, London Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum negotiable DOE Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Overtime opportunities Company vehicle / car allowance or EV scheme Generous annual leave Company pension Private healthcare Additional company benefits and discretionary bonus We are currently working with a leading BMS and controls business who are looking for an experienced Static BMS Service Engineer to join their team, working on a busy and critical client site in the Chelsea/Sutton area. The Role This is a predominantly service-focused position where you will take ownership of the BMS across the site, carrying out planned maintenance, reactive fault-finding and supporting the client with ongoing system improvements. Take ownership of BMS service and maintenance across a busy, critical static site Carry out planned maintenance and reactive fault-finding across BMS and HVAC controls Act as the main technical point of contact for day-to-day BMS issues Build a strong working relationship with the client and site teams Identify remedial works and opportunities to improve system performance Complete service reports and maintain accurate BMS documentation Support wider project-based works and other engineering requirements when required Work independently while liaising with the Service and Engineering Managers Experience Required 3-4+ years' experience within BMS/BEMS service engineering Strong hands-on experience with Trend BMS systems Good understanding of HVAC, ventilation and associated controls Strong BMS fault-finding and diagnostic skills Experience servicing and maintaining commercial BMS systems Comfortable working independently within a busy static environment Strong client-facing and communication skills Ability to identify faults, remedial works and system improvements Flexible approach and willingness to support wider project works This is a great opportunity for an experienced BMS Service Engineer looking for a long-term static position with a strong package and the opportunity to take ownership of a key client site
