Campus Sous Chef — Lead Food & Service Innovation

Compass Group UK&I, Swansea University Catering, is seeking an ambitious Sous Chef to join our Chartwells team on a busy campus. You’ll help deliver great-tasting food, superb service and fresh ideas across outlets, events and day-to-day production.

This hands-on role supports the Executive Chef and Head Chef across hospitality, counter service, events and student concepts, with opportunity to shape how food is presented and experienced on campus.
