About the role
As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section and play a key role in delivering consistency and quality every service. You'll combine technical skill with organisation and teamwork, ensuring dishes leave the kitchen exactly as they should.

Your day-to-day:
- Running your section confidently during service
- Delivering dishes to company specification
- Supporting and guiding junior team members
- Maintaining hygiene and safety standards
- Assisting with stock management
What you'll need:
- Experience in a similar kitchen role
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- A team-focused mindset
