NEW OPPORTUNITY | SITE MANAGER | ARCHITECTURAL & STRUCTURAL METALWORK I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established and growing specialist contractor delivering high-quality architectural and structural metalwork projects. 📍 London & South East 💰 Around £60,000 + Travel Allowance This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking to take responsibility for the successful delivery of a variety of high-profile metalwork projects across London and the South East. THE ROLE Managing architectural and structural metalwork installations from start to completion Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and other project stakeholders Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards Liaising with clients, main contractors and project teams Monitoring progress, resolving site issues and providing regular updates Ensuring all site documentation, RAMS and H&S requirements are maintained ABOUT YOU Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction Experience with architectural metalwork, structural steel or similar is highly advantageous Strong understanding of site management, H&S and project delivery Confident managing teams and coordinating with clients and contractors Organised, proactive and able to work independently Comfortable travelling to projects across London and the South East PACKAGE Around £60,000 salary, depending on experience Travel allowance 25 days' annual leave + bank holidays Company pension Company phone Company laptop Long-term opportunity with an established specialist contractorIf you're an experienced Site Manager with a background in architectural or structural metalwork and are looking for your next opportunity, I'd love to hear from you.
