Project Manager

Project Manager - Commercial Fit Out London & Midlands | We are currently working with an established commercial fit out contractor who are looking to bring an experienced Project Manager on board to support a strong pipeline of projects across Central London and the Midlands. The successful candidate will oversee multiple commercial CAT A and CAT B fit out projects, managing the delivery from pre-construction through to completion and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Due to the geographical spread of the projects, a full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential. When not required on site, there is flexibility to work from home. The Role As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple commercial fit out projects, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams. Key responsibilities will include: Managing multiple CAT A and CAT B commercial fit out projects across London and the Midlands Taking overall responsibility for project delivery from pre-construction through to handover Managing project programmes, budgets and key milestones Coordinating subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and internal project teams Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact throughout the project Monitoring progress on site and ensuring projects remain on programme Managing variations, commercial changes and project risks Reviewing and coordinating design information and construction packages Ensuring projects are delivered to the required quality standards Maintaining high standards of health & safety throughout the project Attending regular site and client meetings Providing project updates and reporting on progress Managing project documentation through Procore and Breadcrumb Carrying out regular site visits across Central London and the Midlands About You We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong commercial fit out background who is comfortable managing multiple projects and working across different locations. You will ideally have: Proven experience as a Project Manager within the commercial fit out sector Experience delivering CAT A and/or CAT B office fit out projects Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously A strong understanding of commercial fit-out and construction processes Experience managing subcontractors and project teams Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills Experience using Procore and Breadcrumb Excellent organisational and communication skills The ability to manage projects independently and resolve issues effectively Full UK driving licence and access to a car Flexibility to travel between London and the Midlands What's on Offer? competitive daily rate/ salary Freelance opportunity with an established commercial fit-out contractor CAT A & CAT B commercial fit out projects Projects across Central London and the Midlands Flexible work-from-home arrangement when not required on site Varied project portfolio and a strong pipeline of work Immediate requirementIf you're an experienced Commercial Fit-Out Project Manager looking for a flexible freelance opportunity with a strong pipeline of projects, we'd be keen to hear from you
