Contingent Workforce Specialist

We're supporting a client who is looking for a Contingent Workforce Specialist to join their team on an initial three-month interim basis, with potential to move into the permanent role.

You'll manage the full lifecycle for the contingent workforce, from onboarding through to offboarding, acting as the go-to point of contact throughout.

What you'll need:

• Solid understanding of IR35, including audits and compliance, plus awareness of broader employment rights
• Confidence with systems - Beeline experience is a must; SAP and ServiceNow exposure helpful
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• A curious, problem-solving mindset - comfortable digging into nuance and finding answers where none are obvious
• Great communication skills, including coordinating across time zones
• A personable, approachable xwzovoh style - you'll be a visible, go-to presence in the office
