About the role
I'm currently partnering with an established and growing engineering and technology consultancy to recruit a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist for their London office.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing internal Talent Acquisition team, where you'll play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across engineering, technology, and consulting. Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment while helping to shape an outstanding candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.
- Source specialist and leadership talent through headhunting, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, talent mapping, and other proactive sourcing methods.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including CV screening, telephone interviews, competency-based interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to support strategic hiring decisions.
- Produce recruitment reports and provide regular updates using recruitment metrics and reporting tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and overall hiring effectiveness.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- 2–5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience gained either in-house or within a recruitment agency.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence interviewing and assessing candidates while providing detailed feedback to hiring managers.
- A proactive approach to talent mapping and building long-term candidate pipelines.
- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline is advantageous.
- Fluent English
