Production Operative

Rapid Personnel are recruiting for a reliable Production Operatives to join our client’s busy food production site. This is a temporary opportunity with an immediate start date. We also have permanent positions available! Your main responsibilities will be to operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe food manufacturing. Responsibilities * Operate and monitor production machines safely and efficiently * Set up equipment and carry out basic machine adjustments * Maintain high standards of hygiene and follow food safety procedures * Record production data and complete required paperwork * Report any faults or maintenance needs promptly Experience * Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment preferred * Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions * Awareness of health & safety and food hygiene practices * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * Flexibility to work different shifts as required Hours & Pay * Temp-to-Perm * 12 Hour Shift - 6AM to 6PM or 6PM to 6AM * Chose if you want to work 1 to 5 days a week. * £12.71 to £14.62 per hour + shift enhancement * Immediate start date * Parking onsite and transport available If you are interested in this opportunity, please click ‘apply’ today and the team will be in touch to discuss further
