THE ROLE

We have a vacancy for an Associate Solicitor Pensions 1-3 PQE to join a well-established Pensions team

You will be joining a highly regarded specialist practice advising a broad client base of trustees, employers and pension scheme providers.

The team delivers commercially focused advice across all aspects of pensions law, including scheme governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and pensions issues arising in corporate transactions

You will be responsible for supporting partners and senior lawyers on a wide range of pensions & life assurance matters, including advisory, transactional, and regulatory work

The role will also include participating in business development activities

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1 - 3 PQE, with pensions law experience

You will have excellent technical skills and a genuine interest in developing a career in pensions law

The firm operates a hybrid/flexible working policy
