Dale Building Maintenance Ltd is a well-established regional contractor with over 40 years of experience delivering insurance reinstatement, property restoration, maintenance and major works services across South Wales, the South West of England and beyond.

As part of our continued growth within our Insurance Restoration Department, we are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Drying Technician to lead and develop our specialist drying and moisture management capabilities across our expanding client base.

We already operate a substantial fleet of our own drying equipment, including Corroventa and Dri-Eaz systems, and are investing in further growth. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to play a key role in shaping and expanding our drying operations whilst working alongside an experienced team of Claims Coordinators, Contracts Managers and Operational Management.
