Our new provision is being carefully designed to offer a high-quality, nurturing environment tailored specifically for our youngest learners. This includes a dedicated indoor space and a secure outdoor area to support free-flow learning and exploration. The new class will run alongside our existing nursery, ensuring smooth transitions for children and families. About the Role We are looking for a caring, skilled, and creative Nursery Nurse to join our Early Years team and play a key role in shaping this exciting new provision. You will be an enthusiastic practitioner with experience working with children aged 2-5, committed to high standards and ensuring every child reaches their full potential. What You'll Do: Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging, developmentally appropriate activities Create a safe, stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environment Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families Observe, assess, and record progress in line with the EYFS framework Support children with SEND, working closely with teachers and external professionals Contribute to trips, local visits, and wider school life What We're Looking For: Level 3 childcare qualification (essential) Experience working within Early Years (ages 2-5) Excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach Commitment to inclusion and high expectations for all children Experience working to Ofsted standards (desirable) About Lift Trinity At Lift Trinity, we are dedicated to ensuring every child succeeds, regardless of their background or ability.
