HGV Class 2 ADR (Packages) Driver Temporary to Permanent Opportunity Cranbrook, Kent Temp to perm £19.41 £21.75 per hour | Overtime £29.12£32.63 per hour Driver Hire Ashford & Tonbridge are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced HGV Class 2 ADR (Packages) Driver based in Cranbrook.

This is an excellent temporary to permanent opportunity, with the successful candidate joining the client on a permanent contract after a successful 12-week qualifying period.

Working Hours
- 42.5 hours per week
- 6:00am starts, Monday to Friday (please let us know if you are interested in nights, as this may be possible)
- Some Saturday work required
- Overtime paid after 42.5 hours Pay & Benefits
- £19.41 £21.75 per hour
- Overtime paid at £29.12£32.63 per hour
- Temporary to permanent opportunity after 12 weeks

- Accrued or advanced holiday pay during the temporary period What You'll Need
- HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid Driver CPC
- Digital Tachograph Card
- ADR (Packages) licence
- A minimum of 90 days' HGV driving experience within the last 12 months (insurance requirement)
- No more than 6 penalty points
- No DD or DR convictions within the last year Your Responsibilities
- Complete multi-drop deliveries of gas cylinders to residential and commercial customers, including rural locations
- Carry out manual handling as part of your daily duties
- Deliver excellent customer service at every delivery point
