Job Title: HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver - General Haulage

Job Overview

We are recruiting an experienced HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver to join our general haulage operation, pulling curtainside trailers . This is a Monday to Friday tramping role with some saturday running in, offering consistent work, realistic routes, and excellent earning potential.

You will be driving a modern, well-maintained fleet , fully equipped with driver comfort packages , ensuring a comfortable and professional working environment while out on the road.

Key Responsibilities

General haulage work using curtainside trailers
Nationwide tramping with 4 nights out per week paid
Safe and compliant operation of Class 1 (C+E) vehicles
Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
Completing all delivery paperwork and PODs accurately
Adhering to drivers' hours, WTD, and road transport legislation
Representing the company professionally at all times

Requirements

Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Curtainside/general haulage experience preferred
Good knowledge of drivers' hours and compliance
Reliable, flexible, and professional attitude
Comfortable with regular nights out
