Caretaker

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and hardworking Caretaker to join our team. Key responsibilities include: - General maintenance and upkeep of the premises - Keeping the building and surrounding areas clean, safe, and tidy - Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance tasks - Monitoring security and reporting any issues - Setting up rooms and facilities when required - Liaising with contractors and service providers - Carrying out regular checks of the building and equipment The ideal candidate will be: - Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual - Practical and able to carry out basic maintenance - Organised and able to work independently - Friendly and approachable - Experienced in a similar role (desirable but not essential) MUST HAVE ENHANCED DBS Please reply via job board or send CV to (url removed)
