We embrace an open and transparent culture that welcomes healthy debates on the use of technology in defence, its benefits, and its ethical implications. The roleAs a Technical Recruiter, you will play a hands-on, sourcing-focused role in finding and attracting Europe's best software engineering talent to Helsing. Working closely with the wider Software Talent Team, you will build and manage candidate pipelines using a broad range of sourcing techniques to identify passive talent that goes well beyond standard job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter. You will source, screen and interview candidates through initial stages, ensuring every person who engages with Helsing receives an exceptional experience from first contact through to offer discussion. This role is here to make hires: your impact will be measured by the quality and pace of the pipelines you build and the hires that result from them.The day-to-daySource high volumes of candidates for evergreen software engineering roles through job boards, social media, networking and direct outreach, applying fresh and creative approaches to keep pipelines movingUtilise a range of deep sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates, including LinkedIn and outside-the-box sourcing strategiesScreen and interview candidates against role requirements, providing clear and timely feedback to hiring stakeholdersManage candidates through initial interview stages, ensuring a smooth and engaging processProvide an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint, from initial contact through to offer discussionBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of engaged, high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needsTrack pass-through rates across your pipelines, using data to identify blockers early, understand candidate quality, and accurately forecast the hires you can deliverYou should apply if youAdapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving business goals in a fast-paced environmentEnjoy building relationships with candidates and take pride in delivering a positive experience throughout the hiring processHave experience sourcing technical candidates using creative, outside-the-box methods beyond LinkedIn Recruiter across multiple countriesCommunicate clearly and openly with candidates and hiring stakeholders alikeStay curious about new technologies and enjoy learning enough to speak credibly with software engineers about their workManage multiple sourcing pipelines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, adapting strategies based on role, market and candidate feedbackNote: We operate in an industry where women, as well as other minority groups, are systematicallyunder-represented.
