Warehouse Team Leader

Join a busy, friendly warehouse team where you’ll lead from the front and keep operations running smoothly. This is a practical, on‑the‑ground position overseeing a small team of warehouse operatives and forklift drivers. Responsibilities: * Lead, motivate and support a small warehouse team * Oversee goods in/out, stock movement and general warehouse workflow * Operate forklifts when required and support daily hands-on tasks * Ensure safe working practices and compliance across the warehouse * Work closely with management to meet daily targets and improve processes Requirements: * Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or senior operative role * Hands-on approach with strong communication skills * Ideally hold a Counterbalance or Reach forklift licence * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example Working hours: * Monday to Friday 06:00-15:00 If you’re a proactive leader who enjoys being part of the action, we’d love to hear from you
