A growing and well-established organisation is seeking a commercially-minded Management Accountant to join its finance team in Antrim. This is a broad role offering responsibility for financial reporting, controls, compliance, business partnering, and team leadership. Support budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and financial planning activities. Maintain robust financial controls, balance sheet reconciliations, and regulatory compliance requirements. Provide financial analysis and performance insights to support decision-making across the business. Identify process improvements and efficiencies to enhance financial and operational performance. Collaborate with key stakeholders to support risk management, commercial objectives, and business growth. Assist with audit, payroll, and statutory reporting requirements. Provide guidance and leadership within the finance function, promoting high standards and continuous improvement. About You Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA). Previous experience in a management accounting or similar finance role. Strong analytical and reporting skills with excellent attention to detail.
