People Policy & Projects Lead Central London (hybrid) 12‑week contract | 35 hours per week (part‑time considered)  £30.86–£34.48 per hour PAYE  The Opportunity A great short‑term opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead innovative people policy and project work within a collaborative People & Organisational Development team. You’ll help shape the employee experience, ensure policies are progressive and compliant, and drive improvements across people processes and services. The role is hybrid, with a Central London base preferred. Key Responsibilities Policy development — Review, update and embed employment policies and procedures. Lead and contribute to people‑focused projects that enhance the employee journey. Provide expert advice on employment legislation and best practice. Benchmark policies and conduct research to ensure innovation and sector alignment. Develop training materials, toolkits and communications to support policy rollout. Analyse and streamline people processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
