About the role

Claxton is seeking a Head of Projects for our Westhill facility near Aberdeen. This full-time, permanent role leads the Projects Department, delivering multi-disciplinary work on budget, on schedule, and in line with client expectations while upholding Claxton's standards of safety and quality.

You will drive performance, manage risk, develop the team, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to support growth and continuous improvement across the asset lifecycle.
