HGV Service Advisor Hayes £29,000 - £32,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £35,000) An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy HGV dealership in Heathrow. This role is ideal for someone with automotive, HGV or commercial vehicle experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering outstanding customer service. Working Hours ·42 hours per week ·Monday to Friday rotating shifts: o5:30am - 2:30pm o8:00am - 5:00pm o10:00am - 7:00pm ·1 in 3 Saturday mornings (7:00am - 12:00pm) The Role As an HGV Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring repairs are managed efficiently from booking through to completion. Key duties include: ·Managing customer enquiries by phone and face-to-face. ·Booking vehicles into the workshop. ·Providing repair updates and obtaining authorisation for additional work. ·Managing workshop schedules and maximising utilisation. ·Processing invoices and maintaining accurate vehicle records. ·Following up on bookings, repairs and customer satisfaction. ·Promoting additional services and repairs where appropriate. ·Ordering parts and arranging subcontract work when required. What We're Looking For ·Previous Service Advisor experience within automotive, HGV or commercial vehicles preferred. ·Excellent customer service and communication skills. ·Strong organisational and administrative abilities. ·Ability to multitask and work under pressure. ·Good attention to detail. ·Positive, proactive and team-focused attitude.
