We're recruiting for a skilled Welder to join a growing company that genuinely values its workforce. You'll be working in a clean, modern workshop, producing high-quality fabricated and welded components while benefiting from ongoing training, a supportive team environment, and an early finish every Friday. Due to continued growth and increased demand, they are looking to strengthen their welding team with an experienced MIG / TIG Welder. The Role As a MIG / TIG Welder, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality welded components from engineering drawings, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your duties will include: MIG and/or TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and weld symbols Setting welding equipment and selecting appropriate consumables Fabrication duties including cutting, grinding, fitting, and tack welding Inspecting finished welds to ensure quality standards are met Maintaining a safe and organised work area Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets About You We're looking for someone who: Has previous MIG and/or TIG welding experience Can confidently read and work from engineering drawings Has experience within a manufacturing or fabrication environment Takes pride in producing quality work Has a positive attitude and strong attention to detail Apply Today If you're looking for a welding role with excellent working hours, long-term stability, and a company that values skilled tradespeople, we'd love to hear from you.
