Bid Writer - Charity / Third Sector £35,00 0 - £38,000 + performance bonus (£50k OTE) Remote with occasional travel Are you an experienced bid writer with a talent for crafting compelling funding applications? Do you want to use your skills to make a meaningful difference in the charity and not-for-profit sector? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation that supports charities across the UK with their fundraising efforts. You'll be part of a small, collaborative team, working remotely, with occasional travel What you'll be doing: Preparing and submitting high-quality, tailored funding bids for a range of charitable clients Collaborating with clients to identify fundable projects and develop strategic funding approaches Managing multiple deadlines and ensuring compliance with funders' requirements Maintaining regular communication with clients and internal team members What we're looking for: Proven experience writing successful funding bids in the charity or third sector Excellent written communication and project management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Comfortable using Microsoft Office and working to deadlines Willing to travel occasionally for client meetings Must be based in the UK What's on offer: Salary: £38,000-£40,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience Bonus scheme: Performance-related bonus (OTE of £50k) Location: Remote-based with occasional client travel Supportive, values-driven team making a real difference across the UK charity sector If you're ready to help charities secure the funding they need to thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
