Housekeeping Supervisor

Warner Hotels are recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor on 12 month fixed term contracts to cover a period of maternity leave . In this role, you will lead, motivate, and support the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene. By maintaining exceptional quality standards and fostering a positive team environment, you will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting the smooth, efficient operation of the property.

The Housekeeping Supervisor has the following responsibilities:
Operational Oversight

• Act as the on-shift leader across the department.
• Monitor operational standards and efficiency in all areas.
• Coordinate with department managers to resolve issues promptly.

Guest Service & Experience

• Serve as the main guest contact during the shift.
• Handle queries, complaints, VIPs, and special requests professionally.
• Maintain a visible presence in public areas to support guest satisfaction.
