We are currently seeking experiencedComposite Laminatorsto join a leading Formula 1 team based in Enstone. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of high-performance carbon fibre components in a fast-paced and precision-driven environment.
Role Overview
As a Composite Laminator, you will be responsible for the manufacture of high-quality carbon fibre components using pre-preg materials. Working to tight tolerances, you will play a key role in ensuring components meet the exacting standards required within Formula 1.
Key Responsibilities
Lay-up of pre-preg carbon fibre components to tight tolerances
Work from engineering drawings and lay-up manuals
Trim, vacuum bag, and prepare parts for autoclave curing
Carry out quality inspections to ensure parts meet required standards
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Collaborate with engineers and team leaders to meet production deadlines
What Youll Bring (Requirements)
Proven experience as a laminator within F1, motorsport, aerospace, or high-end composites
Strong understanding of composite materials and laminating techniques
Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
Flexible approach to working shifts (days, nights, and/or weekends)
Strong team ethic with the ability to work under pressure

Night shifts
Weekend shifts
(Shift allocation to be confirmed based on preference and availability)
