Are you passionate about maintaining high-quality public spaces and providing excellent customer service? Our client is looking for an
Estates Assistant
to help ensure our parks and facilities remain clean, safe, secure, and welcoming for residents and visitors. In this hands-on role, you'll carry out inspections, support building and site maintenance, contribute to security procedures, and work closely with colleagues, community groups, and park visitors to maintain high standards across our parks and green spaces. What we're looking for: Experience in facilities, grounds maintenance, caretaking, estates, or a similar environment Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organisation and problem-solving skills Commitment to health & safety and maintaining quality standards Basic IT skills for recording and updating information What's on offer: Opportunity to work across Manchester's award-winning parks and green spaces Varied and rewarding role within a supportive team 6.7% flexibility payment for working evenings, weekends, and other unsocial hours Ongoing training and development opportunities If you are interested in the role, please email your CV to quoting the reference number.
