About the role
Adobe Project ManagerRole:The Project Manager will work directly with our customers and system integration partners to initiate and lead their digital marketing and transformation projects using the Adobe Marketing and Commerce Solutions.Working at multiple levels with the customer, you will evaluate the proposed solution, assess risks, confirm requirements, manage scope, and work on team staffing. You will coordinate and lead all aspects of project delivery from initiation through planning, delivering, monitoring to closing.The role covers the UK&I, Middle East and Africa and is primarily UK based. What you’ll doLead teams in scoping activities to identify, gather and analyze requirements, define key business drivers and define an effective and innovative solutionManagement of end-to-end project life cycle: effort estimation, scope management, planning, monitoring and execution (including risks management, budget, timeline and others) and related reportingManagement of project resourcing and commercials including forecasting, time management and invoicingProject communication to client and/or partner and internally within organisation Accountable for ensuring projects are delivered to quality standardsCustomer focus and results driven - help customer to succeed in their digital transformation journey by providing mentorship, industry leading practices and advice on Adobe Marketing and Commerce SolutionsWork with other teams to provide customer with the One Adobe experienceActive participation in PMO practice developmentWhat you'll need to succeedStrong foundational project management skills delivering digital marketing implementation projects for a software vendor (or mixed vendor / customer background)Demonstrated project management experience with experience in Digital Marketing & Automation, Campaign or Content Management solutionsExperience in implementing Adobe solutions: AEM, AEP, and ideally other solutions like Campaign, CommerceAbility to handle large single projects or multiple concurrent smaller projectsOutstanding at problem-solving, with expertise in risk management, prioritization, and delivering presentations up to the Executive level within an organization.Experience in delivering projects using an agile methodology, e.g. SCRUMA professional project management qualification & business consulting backgroundAbility to work with virtual internal teams across geographies and time zones & full fluency in English. Other European languages is a plus.EducationMinimum of 6 years project management experience in the industry. Full-Time
