We’re working with an established construction and fit-out business that is experiencing a significant increase in project activity across Scotland and is looking to strengthen its team with an experienced Contracts Manager. With a busy pipeline of projects for a major, well-known hospitality brand, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of contracts and help deliver projects to a high standard. The Role You’ll take responsibility for managing multiple projects across Scotland, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. This is a hands-on role that will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing multiple sites and enjoys building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams. Key responsibilities will include: Managing contracts from pre-construction through to completion and handover. Overseeing project programmes, budgets, resources and overall delivery.
