The ideal individual would have prior experience in a secretarial or administrative role from a professional services environment and be able to implement their skillset seamlessly as well as showcasing a proactive and driven approach to their workload. Having superb attention to detail is key along with a strong educational background. Duties will include: * Providing administrative support to Partners and Fee Earners. * Diary management as well as organising meetings and events. * Ensuring the database is regularly updated and ensuring the team are updated on any deadlines or high importance tasks. * Attend meetings and take minutes as and when required.
