People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Recycling Operative to join our well-established client based in Chelveston, Northamptonshire on a full-time ongoing basis.

This would suit applicants who have worked as a Waste Recycling Operative, Sorting Operative (Recycling) or Recycling Facility Operative.
Rates of Pay:
£13.00 per hour
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday
07:00 - 17:00

Day-to-Day Duties:
Your duties as a Recycling Operative are:
Working on a recycling line handling fruit, vegetables and bakery goods
Operating a cage lifter to maintain consistent product flow
Separating food waste from packaging and checking for contaminants
Loading and unloading trailers as required
Carrying out general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including pressure washing
Following all health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills:
To be successful as a Recycling Operative, you will need:
Basic level of English
Strong reliability and punctuality xwzovoh
A good eye for detail
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work in a food-waste environment
Training:
Full training provided
Ongoing support throughout your assignment
