Parts Advisor

Experienced Parts Adviosr Required Whats on offer to Parts Advisors: * Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm * Saturdays on a rota basis * Hourly rate from £14.56 per hour * Fantastic Company benefits. * Progression opportunity potentially available for the right candidate * Full Time/Permanent * 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) * Vehicle purchase scheme (available after completion of probhation) * Pension Scheme & Life Assurance * Discount on Service, Bodyshop and Parts Key Tasks of a Parts Advisor: * Meet and exceed sales targets * Meeting and greeting customers to a 5* customer service * Educating customers in the range of parts and acessories available * Proactively idenifying new and excisting customes * Maintaining records and ensuring those records ar up to date * Answering the telephone & dealing with customer enquiries. Requirement of a Parts Advisor * 2+ years of Automotive Parts Advisor experience required as a minimum * Must have full driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months * Experience in up selling products is beneficial but not essential * Work well in a team enviroment * Familar with MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook etc * Customer skills must be to a high standard and able to deal and manage difficult situations when requied If you feel like you match the above criteria and would like to join a well-established team, we would love to hear from you
