RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd.To start as soon as possible, full time, permanentFunctional area: ProcurementAs Procurement Manager in our Offshore Procurement team, you will manage all direct procurement activities related to services and spares for our operational offshore windfarms in the UKAlongside this you will provide procurement support for fleet contracts and other major projects in preparation of and during the operating phase of our Offshore Wind Projects and optimize our supply chain measures throughout the entire project life cycle. About the role:Managing and delivering end-to-end procurement support for UK offshore wind operationsSupport the delivery of sustainability and ESG objectives through engagement with suppliers and integration into procurement activitiesDevelop and manage category strategies aligned with business goalsEstablish and oversee long-term framework and maintenance contractsEstablish and nurture productive supplier relationships to improve performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, legal, etc.)Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and service level agreementsProvide commercial support across the full contract lifecycle (claims, changes, disputes)Identify and mitigate supply chain, contractual, and commercial risksAnalyse market trends to inform sourcing strategies and decision-makingJob requirements and experience:Experience in procurement, sourcing, or commercial rolesWillingness to travel regularly to sitesExtensive experience in tendering and negotiating complex contractsSolid commercial awareness balancing cost, risk, and long-term valueUnderstanding of contract management principles and frameworksAbility to develop and execute procurement or category strategiesEffective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience in supplier performance management and relationship buildingAnalytical mindset with solid problem-solving and decision-making abilityEffective communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal)Location: Swindon, Coventry or London or any UK Offshore Site OfficeAn offer of employment in this role may require holding active or ability to pass National Security vetting to SC level.
