You will work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef, playing a key role in delivering exceptional dishes while helping to inspire and guide the team around you.

What you will be doing
Supporting menu development and delivering high-quality dishes with consistency
Leading and motivating kitchen team members to maintain a smooth, efficient service
Upholding the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and organisation
Training and mentoring team members to help them grow and succeed
Assisting with stock control and kitchen operations

What we are looking for
Experience as a chef in a busy hospitality environment
Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
Confidence in leading and supporting a team
A calm, focused approach under pressure
A genuine passion for food and hospitality
