Bartender

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Bartender to join our talented team. A passion for food and beverage, along with a willingness to learn and grow, is essential. You will be responsible for confidently preparing and serving drinks while supporting the management team to consistently deliver outstanding service and memorable guest experiences. You will also play a key role in training and motivating junior team members. Shift Patterns : Monday 16:00-21:00 Tuesday 16:00-21:00 Wednesday 16:00-23:00 Thursday 16:00-23:00 Friday 16:00-23:00 please note times may change due company needs What We’re Looking For A passionate individual with a great personality, positive energy, and: * Previous experience in a quality restaurant or hotel * A genuine passion for food and drinks * Bar experience is a must * Good cocktail knowledge (training provided if needed) * An outgoing, confident personality * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organisational abilities * Drive, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach * High attention to detail * A strong understanding of exceptional guest service * Immaculate personal presentation * Problem‑solving skills * Ability to diffuse tense situations and resolve conflicts professionally please note we are a agency so shifts can change week to week pay starts at 12.71 and raises to 15.32 per hour after 12 weeks (AWR) Experience: * Bartending: 2 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Personal Licence (preferred) Location: * South Kensington SW7 (preferred) Work Location: In person
