Summary

We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team in Cirencester. Based at our new restaurant on Cricklade Street, you will play a vital role in preparing high-quality dishes and contributing to our innovative menu. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a vibrant environment.
Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant's standards.
Assist in the development of new menu items and daily specials.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
Support the training of junior kitchen staff.
Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control.
Contribute to creating a positive and productive kitchen atmosphere.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable restaurant.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
Passion for culinary arts and continuous learning.
Relevant culinary qualifications are preferred but not essential.
Experience with European cuisine or pizza oven cooking is a plus.
