Here at GXO, we are looking for a WarehouseShift Manager to join our team on our NHSSC contract at our Daventry site, you’ll play a key role in motivating and being a proactive individual to support the day-to-day operation, ensuring performance targets, service levels, and customer expectations are consistently achieved. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in driving operational excellence, developing colleagues, promoting a strong safety culture, and building effective relationships across the business.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working Any 5 from 7, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, flexibility required
